DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role involves supporting patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, delivering empathetic care, and building long-term relationships.

Position Details:
  • No prior dialysis experience required.
  • Training may occur in various clinics or training facilities.
  • Potential to work across multiple clinics.
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
  • Monitor patients and operate hemodialysis machines.
  • Educate patients about their treatment and health conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals under RN supervision.
