Job Summary Responsible for providing ancillary non-clinical supportive services to residents in coordination with the nursing team and resident care plans while certification is pending. Supports the nursing team by assisting with resident needs and maintaining a homelike environment. Promotes and protects resident rights throughout service delivery. Ensures all hands-on care is performed by licensed nursing staff. Contributes to resident comfort and well-being during training period.
High school diploma or equivalent experience
0-1 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
