Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician to assist patients under supervision of licensed staff. You will provide compassionate care across the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments and equipment in a hospital setting.

The role targets 2 day shifts per week, 7 am–7 pm, with rotating holidays and weekends; BLS is required on hire, CNA certification and a Player Care Technician program are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of patient care experience required, preferably in hospital or acute care.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required upon hire.
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program preferred.

• Provide patient care to individuals from birth through the lifecycle under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
