Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Augusta, GA is seeking a Patient Care Tech for a full-time day shift (7 am - 7:30 pm), three days per week with weekend rotations. Under supervision of licensed staff, you will deliver bedside patient care across the lifecycle and perform essential treatments and procedures in line with hospital policy.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of bedside care experience; BCLS required and CNA or PCT program certification preferred.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
1 year of bedside patient care experience in a hospital or long-term care facility required.
BCLS - Basic Life Support
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
Certification from a Patient Care Technician program Preferred

Responsibilities

Provide patient care to individuals from birth through the lifecycle under supervision of licensed clinical staff.
Demonstrate competency with treatments, procedures and equipment per hospital policy.
