Job summary

Mercy Hospital Dexter is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support nursing staff in delivering compassionate patient care. You will assist with daily tasks under the direction of the RN or LPN and help ensure patient comfort and safety.

The role is full-time with a night schedule (36 hours/week) at Mercy Hospital Stoddard, MO. Training is provided; prior experience is not required, but a CNA/CPCT or enrollment in a healthcare program is a plus.

Qualifications

• CNA/CPCT or enrollment in a healthcare program preferred.
• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• No prior clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and teamwork in patient care.
