Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Inpatient/outpatient care experience or clinical care training.
• Strong English communication skills and medical terminology knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate observations to the RN regarding patient status.
• Provide constant observation for high-risk patients.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist in de-escalation when needed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Take vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with basic lab prep.
• Support treatments and prepare equipment following procedures.
