Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence East Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, is hiring full-time day shift nursing assistant staff. You will support nursing personnel with patient care, assist with hygiene, vital signs, and comfort, and help with meal delivery and supply preparation. A nursing assistant program and BLS are required.

Interested candidates should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to operate patient care equipment, with preference for prior clinical exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• None
• Preferred: 6 months acute care and/or previous clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient care activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, vitals, and bed linens.
• Serve and collect food trays, provide between-meal nourishment, and prepare supplies.
• Clean, sterilize, store and prepare supplies.
