Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health Nursing Float Pool seeks a Clinical Care Technician to support the RN and care for patients on the unit. You will take vital signs, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and provide bedside care such as bathing and mouth care on a day shift.

The role is full-time, requires a High School diploma and BLS through AHA, and includes every other weekend and holiday commitment within RWJ Somerset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Taking vital signs and EKGs.
• Performing phlebotomy and bedside care.
• Assist patients with bathing, mouth care and skin care.
• Every other weekend and holiday required.
