Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, Georgia is seeking a Patient Care Tech for ICU PRN/Nights (7p-7a). You will provide direct patient care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, and support a fast-paced clinical team.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to hospital policy, and collaboration with licensed nurses. BLS certification preferred; CNA/PCT certification preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience caring for patients in a hospital setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Certification must be from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Patient Care Tech, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.
