Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and provide direct patient care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, I&Os, and changes in patient condition.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate with the RN and charge nurse.
• Maintain patient safety, alarms, and call light response.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families as needed.
• Keep equipment clean, labeled, and ready for use.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
