Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification preferred.

• Ability to read, write and follow instructions; good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and activities of daily living.
• Participates in quality and patient safety initiatives and rounds.
• Documents vital signs, inputs/outputs, weights and treatments accurately.
• Assists with admissions, discharges and transfers; supports care team.
