Qualifications

• Completion of BIDMC in-house training program.
• Allied Health/Pre-Med/Physician Assistant candidates considered.
• Home Health Aide background acceptable.
• Basic familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with an inpatient nursing team to provide quality patient care.
• Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a registered nurse.
• Maintains patient safety by implementing nursing safety interventions or protective devices under supervision.
• Reports all patient activity to the registered nurse in a timely manner.
