Job summary

Tower Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a nursing aide to provide compassionate care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will perform routine patient care, monitor conditions, and report changes to the RN while supporting daily living activities.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy and point-of-care testing (POCT) as needed, following established policies to ensure patient safety and comfort. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age 18

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients under supervision of a registered nurse
• Perform routine direct patient care following policies for patient safety and comfort
• Observe patients and report changes in condition to the RN
• Perform phlebotomy and POCT as needed
