Mercy is hiring Patient Care Technicians to assist in individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You will work as part of a collaborative team to support patients' wellness through clinical and non-clinical duties.

No prior experience is required, but completion of a 175-hour training program within 90 days is required to meet state guidelines. CNA certification is preferred where possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC or enrollment in a healthcare career program.
• Experience: None required.
• PCT: 175-hour training program required within 90 days of hire to meet state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN or LPN.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical tasks.
• Work cooperatively with team to meet patient wellness goals.
• Maintain minimum physical requirements for the role.
