Job summary

Franciscan Health Crown Point is seeking a Patient Care Technician to perform delegated patient care activities and support recovery through compassionate, person-centered care. You will work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals, gaining exposure to diverse patient populations and care environments.

Minimum requirements include CNA certification, nursing student status (1st semester clinicals), and completion of Franciscan PCT in-training program, with BLS training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma/GED.
• Nursing student after having completed 1st semester of clinicals.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Required.
• Prior PCT experience in another acute care health care organization Required.
• After completion of Franciscan PCT In-training program Required.
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - Franciscan will provide BLS training and recertification as needed.
