Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. Completion of PCT/CNA training or equivalent."
• CPR certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under RN/LPN supervision, including activities of daily living.
• Measure and record vital signs; monitor input/output.
• Respond to patient requests with compassion and urgency.
• Assist with bathing, hygiene, and mobility as needed.
• Observe skin integrity and ensure patient comfort and safety.
