Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center in Missouri is seeking a patient-focused CNA to support licensed nurses on a busy unit. You will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and help ensure a safe and healing environment.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and CNA certification; preferred experience includes CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician. Weekend and holiday rotations are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under nurse supervision and promote patient-centered care.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living, take vital signs, and manage intake/output.
• Collect data, report status changes, and document care accurately.
• Maintain supplies, participate in patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities.
