Ideal candidates are enrolled in a nursing program or hold CNA/PCT credentials, with recent direct patient care experience and willingness to work 24+ hours per 6 weeks across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a nursing program or completed Fundamentals of Nursing within 90 days.
• CNA or CNA exam registration.
• Proof of PCT certification.
• Direct patient care experience in the past 3 years.
• UAP training program with 100 hours of patient care.
• Nursing licensure candidate or recent failure within 3 years.
• Completion of nursing program outside the United States awaiting licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers, meal trays, and feeding as directed.
• Organize workload and communicate messages clearly to patients and staff.
• Educate and train new staff in Care Team Associate duties.
• Perform routine and emergent tasks as needed.
• Record vitals and unit data accurately in the bed-management system.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and address needs.
