Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with patient care and daily living activities.
• Ability to perform basic nursing tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient care.
• Assist in telemetry monitoring and report concerns.
• Transport patients and assist with specimen collection and dressing changes.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other observations.
