Job summary

Mercy One - North Iowa is seeking a part-time Supply Tech to pull and deliver supplies to clean utilities and patient rooms on a set schedule. You will work with a two-bin Kanban system and support the Blue Bin stage operations team in warehouse logistics.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and adherence to HIPAA and safety policies, with opportunities to participate in PDCA and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or certificate preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Provide BLS certification or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Counts pulls and fills linen requisitions using proper technology and process.
• Follows Kanban standard work for blue bin replenishment and staging.
• Maintains neat, stocked, and fully functioning storage areas.
• Assists with deliveries and distribution-related tasks.
• Communicates with supervisor and supports lean training activities.
