MercyOne in Mason City is seeking a part-time Supply Tech to pull and deliver supplies to clean utilities and patient rooms on a day shift, using a two-bin Kanban system to keep storerooms neat, stocked, and fully functioning.

You will support the Blue Bin stage operations team, work with clinicians and department leaders, and follow safety, HIPAA, and hospital policies while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or certificate preferred.
• Experience: None required.
• Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to plan and organize work and be alert to safety hazards.
• Requires flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification before employment.
• Mandatory training: reporting requirements and other safety/clinical trainings as scheduled.

Responsabilités

• Counts pulls and fills linen requisitions with proper processes.
• Completes and follows Kanban procedures for blue-bin systems.
• Follows the empty Blue Bin returns process and locations.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicates with supervisor and team leads; supports PDCA and lean work.
• Performs other duties as requested by supervisor or department head.
