EOSIS in Mahtomedi, MN is seeking a full-time Patient Care Supervisor to support individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges with compassionate care.

This role partners with the Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, and Treatment Director to provide leadership and ensure high-quality nursing services, while benefiting from PTO, insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a clinical or care setting.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Ability to provide consultation to nursing teams and directors.
