As a full-time Registered Nurse Team Lead - Detox at EOSIS in Inver Grove Heights, MN, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support individuals during one of the most vulnerable—and courageous—moments in their lives.

In this role, the RN Team Lead will be at the front lines of care – Responsible for coordinating and overseeing nursing operations during assigned shifts within the detoxification program. This position provides direct patient care, clinical leadership, staff supervision, medication management, and ensures compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Works collaboratively with both the site nurses, as well as other departments (Clinical, Recovery Technicians, Admissions Team). Supports incoming detoxification admissions, provide clinical triage for incoming patients as well as completing intake health assessments for patients upon arrival to the site, following medical protocols to promote a safe and therapeutic environment while showing compassion, professionalismand leadership. In carrying out the position requirements, confidential working relationships with leadership, clinical staff, administrative staff, and patients must be maintained. Must follow all state and federal guidelines, exercise sound judgment and discretion, demonstrate initiative, trustworthiness, cooperation, and dependability while performing assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: $95,000 - $102,000 Annually

Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday rotating Weekends
