Job summary

EOSIS in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a dedicated Recovery Specialist to help individuals during their recovery journey. You will guide clients through program requirements and offer compassionate support to promote positive outcomes while working the 11:00 pm–7:30 am shift.

• Support clients in their recovery journey by ensuring they understand program responsibilities and providing guidance to promote positive outcomes.
• Assist clients and families with navigating the recovery process while maintaining safety and confidentiality.
• Work the full-time 3rd shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am and participate in a shift where sensitivity and compassion are essential.
