Job summary

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to work with Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced clinic. You will welcome patients, assist with care, and participate in paid training to learn clinical skills.

Full-time position with a 4-day work week, varying shifts Mon-Thu 8:30am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-8:00pm, plus occasional Friday mornings. Competitive benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, 401K and complimentary chiropractic care for you and family.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout their visits.
• Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow.
• Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid training.
• Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor.
• Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations.
• Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience.
• Assist clinic doctor(s) with community outreach and patient wellness education.

• Starting at $21.33/hour with a path to get you to $23.33within the first 6 months.
• Full time work across a 4-day work week with long lunches: Monday-Thursday8:30am-1:00pm; 2:30pm-8pm. One Friday per quarter 8am-10am.
• Paid technician training over your first 4 weeks, where you will learn everything needed for patient care.

Qualifications

Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environmentscan translate well to this position.
