Applies working knowledge of clinical support workflows to resolve routine patient access questions, update records, manage appointment activity, and support accurate information flow between patients, providers, and staff.

Patient Care Specialist II handles standard operational processes under moderate supervision, applying working knowledge to tasks that occasionally require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
