Responsibilities

• Checks in and checks out patients; verifies information and navigates scheduling.
• Schedules appointments and enters/ tracks referrals as needed.
• Scans and indexes documentation into the patient record.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
