BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC! The Patient Care Coordinator - I (PCC-I) supports clinic growth through excellence in execution of the practice management role and patient intake processes.

This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director to carry out efficient clinic procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain an inviting front-office environment.
