Job summary

Qualifications

• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in/out.
• Schedule and cancel appointments; answer and triage calls.
• Record patient information in EMR and ensure documentation is complete.
• Create and mail new patient packets; verify accurate demographics.
