Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative – Patient Care in Newark, NJ to promote and sell Acute Care Patient Care products to healthcare providers. You’ll build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators, ensuring responsive service and high satisfaction.

You will leverage market insights, negotiate pricing, and manage orders while aiming to exceed sales targets and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet our customers’ needs.
• Become a Patient Care expert with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems with a consultative approach and responsive service.
• Take pride in cost reduction and on-time, complete, error-free shipments.
• Display experience with reports, budgets, customer service, and project management.
• Know market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.
