Position Overview

This nursing position involves independent practice in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care while demonstrating awareness of all relevant factors.

Responsibilities

1. Utilize the nursing process, address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administer medications, document care, and educate patients and families.
2. Apply critical thinking, manage patient flow, oversee unit operations, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with regulations.
3. Follow clinical policies, manage health information documentation, operate medical equipment, process medical orders, interpret patient charts, and promote patient safety.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
2. RN license.
3. BLS certification.
4. Experience in a related specialty preferred.
5. Certification in STABLE, NRP, and ACLS required within specified timeframes.
