Shields Health Care Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Patient Care Representative/Tech Aide to greet patients, collect copays, explain consent forms, and support iPad check-in while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
You will collaborate with technologists and radiologists to maintain smooth patient flow, verify information, handle mail, and assist in preparing for the next day’s schedule; CPR certification and strong communication are required.
The Patient Care Representative/Tech Aide will contribute to the goals of Shields Health Care Group by Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism, efficiency and accuracy.
Pay range for this position is $17-29/hr + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
