Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green is seeking a Medical Office MA/LPN/RN for the Bowling Green Clinic. This full-time daytime position supports patient care, examinations, procedures, and patient flow within the clinic environment.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with care partners, managing records and supplies, and contributing to safety and quality initiatives. Licenses accepted include RN/LPN in Ohio, RMA, CMA, or CCMA; BLS within 7 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following licenses: RN or LPN in the state of Ohio, or a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA).
• Certification: BLS within 7 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care within scope by assessing and triaging patients, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications and injections, and responding to emergencies.
• Perform diagnostic testing and specimen collection.
• Maintain documentation of patient care and communications; manage records, prescriptions, and authorizations.
• Coordinate patient care by communicating with care partners to support treatment, scheduling, and return-to-work planning.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment; manage supplies; ensure regulatory compliance and participate in training and quality improvement.
• Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.
• Work hours per week as per offer letter or position attributes; longer hours as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
