Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Florida Pharmacy Technician license required.
Previous experience as Pharmacy Technician preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Basic PC skills required.

Responsibilities

Processes new patient registration by entering data into the appropriate system.
Introduce Larkin Outpatient Pharmacy Services to patients as needed.
Makes outbound calls to patients and addresses questions via telephone.
Performs clerical functions supporting pharmacy services.
Coordinate patient care with medical and pharmacy staff.
Offer courteous, compassionate, reliable services to patients.
Identifies and communicates issues to the Pharmacy Supervisor as appropriate.
Represents the organization positively and professionally.
Other duties as assigned.
