Qualifications

• Validation of required performance skills.
• Previous experience in delivery of health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Participates in discharge care of patients.
• Communicates identified deficiencies/problems to the appropriate nurse.
• Maintains one-to-one observation on designated patients as directed.
• Assists patients with feeding and menu choices and reports dietary concerns to the nurse.
