Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support branch operations, patient education, and equipment delivery coordination. The role includes order processing, billing support, and helping patients navigate insurance coverage and payment options.

The position requires strong communication skills and a high school diploma with healthcare experience preferred. The role operates in a home or professional office environment with occasional warehouse exposure, and standard office

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months’ experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates services for patients and referrals including order processing and delivery of equipment.
• Prepares orders for timely and accurate billing.
• Delivers customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions; advises patients on equipment and service options, coverage and payments.
• Supports branch operations: inventory, records-keeping, reports, office maintenance and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory boards.
• Other duties as assigned by the branch office manager.
