Qualifications

• Current NC CNA listing and CPR certification.
• AEGIS De Escalation Training within 3 months of hire.
• Preferred: hospital experience, especially in critical care or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
• Document patient information in the EMR.
• Prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges under supervision.
• Support safety and comfort, including patient positioning and fall prevention.
