Job summary

The Ohio State University James | SSCBC Administration is seeking a Patient and Family Relations Specialist 1 to support the Living Well with Advanced Breast Cancer Clinic. You will organize clinic operations, set expectations for referred patients, prepare materials, and assist with patient flow during visits.

You will work under the physician director, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate scheduling, outreach, and data collection while promoting referrals and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Healthcare background in oncology, social work, or community health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate LWABC clinic operations and patient flow.
• Assist with scheduling supportive care visits and referrals.
• Monitor follow-up visits and communication with oncology team.
• Collect and tabulate clinic data and referrals.
