Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting or two years in a customer service role.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a new Walk-In Behavioral Health Clinic in Anchorage and coordinate care delivery.
• Act as a patient advocate to assure access to health care during entry into and through clinic services.
