Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition changes.
• Relay patient requests and critical observations to assigned staff.
• Observe and record all patient activity at regular intervals (every 15 minutes).
• Provide and receive accurate reports to ensure continuity of care.
