Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with active state certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN or therapist direction.
• Use proper body mechanics for patient and self.
• Follow infection control standards and practices.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate clearly with health care team.
• Comply with Oregon Nursing Practice Act and standards.
