Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and clinical support to providers in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Obtains patient medical histories, expedites patient flow, rooms patients, and stocks clinic with necessary supplies.
• Navigates electronic health record systems, schedules and follows up on appointments, and assists with medication requests.
• Communicates respectfully with pharmacies, insurance companies, patients, and physicians.
• Supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure efficient patient care.
