• Prepares charts, enters charges, completes paperwork, maintains records.
• Gathers health history, vital signs, and related data.
• Responds to calls, documents requests, and communicates with staff and providers.
• Provides basic patient care and administers medications within certification.
• Upholds privacy, safety, and service excellence; supports team.
