The position requires Accredited MA training or equivalent experience, MA certification, and 1+ year of healthcare experience. You will work weekdays with a consistent schedule and contribute to a compassionate team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism
• Manage calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
• Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations
• Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers
• Rooming patients and preparing them for visits
• Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER
• Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines
• Performing point-of-care testing
• Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols
