Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients by showing a high degree of compassion and connection
• Educate patients about Serenity’s life-changing treatment options
• Address questions and concerns about Serenity’s treatment options
• Overcome objections to get patients scheduled for treatment
• Learn and be willing to step into other roles as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
• Experience in roles such as orthopedic, dental, or vision offices; caregiver for children with disabilities; professional tutoring; personal coaching; or high-end restaurant servers.
