Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and check them in efficiently.

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; collect copays and balances.
• Obtain authorizations for same-day procedures; communicate with insurers.
• Answer calls and direct questions to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and required documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and front office team.
• Support coworkers to ensure a smooth daily operation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
