Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in receptionist/clerical work is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and performs clerical tasks.

• Manages mail, filing, data entry and records.
• Organizes meetings and schedules appointments.
• Maintains neat office and orders supplies.
• Handles inquiries and routing of requests.
• Maintains basic accounting tasks such as invoices and petty cash.
