Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the assigned department to align with objectives.
• Develop departmental goals and standards supporting the strategic plan.
• Manage staff relations including performance management, scheduling, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor departmental budgets, contracts, and vendor relations; determine needs for systems/equipment/supplies.
• Coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
• Create an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
