UW Health SwedishAmerican in Rockford, IL seeks a Per Diem Patient Care Technician for a float pool with varied day shifts and a requirement of 8 hours per pay period. The position includes opportunities for overtime, on-call pay, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

Per Diem, varied schedule. Day shift, required 8 hours per pay period. This is a float pool position.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Work Experience

• Computer experience. Required
• 1 year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred
• Previous patient care experience in a medical facility. Preferred
• Previous receptionist or word processing experience. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician. Preferred
