Job summary

Stryker in Bend, OR is seeking a driven Sales Representative focused on Patient Care and Handling. You will promote and sell Acute Care products, build relationships with clinicians and administrators, and strive to exceed sales targets through a consultative approach.

This role is commission-based with eligible bonuses and comprehensive benefits. You will coordinate with marketing and support teams, stay informed on industry trends, and ensure timely, accurate shipments while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to move and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• May involve stooping, kneeling, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Physical handling of materials including fabric, Velcro, and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
• Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care/Handling products to meet our customers’ needs.
• Become a Patient Care/Handling expert as you work with surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Take pride in cost reduction, and commit to on-time, complete, and error free shipments.
• Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.
• Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.
